Resetting my Client Portal and Web Control Panel Port Password

CLIENT AREA

If you are having trouble logging in and you've forgotten your password, go to the Client Area to reset it:

http://www.subspacenetworks.net/billing/clientarea.php

  1. Find the link that says "Forgotten Your Password" Request a Password Reset.
  2. There you can request your password to be reset for only the Client Area.

WEB CONTROL PANEL (CPANEL) AREA

If you are having trouble logging into the Web Control Panel (https://orion.subspacenetworks.com:2083) and want to reset your password, do this:

  1. Log into the CLIENT AREA
  2. go to the top and click on My Services
  3. About half-way down the page you will My Products and Services, find the one for which you want to reset the password
  4. Over on the right-hand side there is a small square icon (it's to the right of the DATE in the Next Due Date column, click on it
  5. A new screen will come up showing you details about that product or service, scroll down to Login Details
  6. Enter your new password n both of the "Enter New Password" and "Confirm Password" boxes. A strength indicator is shwon on the right.?? The higher the score, the harder the password is to guess ro break.
  7. Click on Update
  8. You Password will be immediately changed in the Web Control Panel
  9. Go to the Web Control Panel and attempt to log in.
