We have had reports from some customers that their CPANEL no longer renders properly or that they have trouble staying logged in.  This might be with a particular site when all their other sites are fine.  It might happen inconsistently, but still happens.
After significant investigation we discovered they were using CLOUDFLARE and this is a KNOWN issue when impelmenting CLOUDFLARE.
If you Google the term "+cloudlfare +cpanel" you'll see lots of detail.
Generally we found that if they change their login from:  http://sitename/cpanel to http://cpanel.sitename... that the issue was resolved.
